    For items shipped from abroad,Marjose will provide tracking numbers and data as soon as item is shipped, right from the country of origin. This enables the customer to also track and see his items while its on the move.

    For items within Philippines, Tracking numbers are provided by local couriers such as LBC | XEND...etc. The customer can also track his or her orders. Shipping days are counted from the day payment was made

    For bank deposits and remittance payments, shipping or delivery days are counted a day after the payment is received.

    Installment or Staggered payment - If you plan on ordering an international item, we do accept a down payment which is required for your order to be processed.

    We allow 2 - 4 installment parts (weekly or bi-weekly only) and an initial payment is required to process the order. Customer will only complete the final payment if the item is ready for shipment coming from our Cainta office.

    The item will arrive in the Philippine and will only be shipped to the customer's location as soon as the last payment is completed.
    Delivery for installment paid items take longer since the item will be shipped to our Cainta office instead of delivery straight to you. ETA is 22 to 40 days.
