Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Unacceptable Refunds

Despite our 14 day returns policy, Some refund and return requests might not be valid. Example if the reason is "a change of Mind" in this case we are not going to refund the item because the buyer changed his mind. Please make up your mind before buying any item.
We will not accept any item if its damaged or used partially by the customer. We only accept return of items if the mistake, damage, malfunction, mis-handling is on our part

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Your Return Item:

MARJOSE’s standard shipping and delivery usually takes: Metro Manila = 3 to 5 days | Also Next Day Delivery In Metro Manila
Provincial Areas = 3 to 7 days
For items cominig from abroad , Shipping ranges from7 -15 days or 10 to 30 days( Estimates if there is a delay). Depending on the item ordered, quantity and country of origin. Some items might not even take up to 30 days.. This is because of Philippines customs clearance. Overall, your will not take up to 30 days

Order Tracking

For items shipped from abroad,Marjose will provide tracking numbers and data as soon as item is shipped, right from the country of origin. This enables the customer to also track and see his items while its on the move.

Marjose might receive this items first before shipping it to the customer here in the Philippines, Reasons are we want to perform a quality check to guarantee that the item has no defect or issues before the customer receives them.

For items within Philippines, Tracking numbers are provided by local couriers such as LBC | XEND...etc. The customer can also track his or her orders. Shipping days are counted from the day payment was made

For bank deposits and Remittance payments, Shipping or delivery days are counted a day after the payment is received.
